Why?
Become a confident Acro partner
with rock solid technique. Learn to do really well some of the important building blocks that are used often (side star, F2H, star, pops, ...), which are the key to doing a lot of more advanced skills.
Learn to keep calm and enjoy
Make Acroyoga into the mindful and enjoyable experience that it should be.
By slowing down and noticing the details. By learning how to have fun with the puzzle of a new skill. By not being stressed out and communicating right.
This slowing down will make your progress skyrocket.
Give and receive help
As part of a group, you will go through the same exercises as your classmates, and you will be able to share and be offered valuable tips, tricks, and discoveries.
Get your ass kicked when you need it
Regular meetings, combined with regular exchange with your classmates will help you stay on track.
I really appreciate the variety of exercises and movements proposed. Everything is really detailed, clear and helps to progress, no matter if you are beginner or more advanced in Acroyoga.

What does a class look like?
This is what a typical class looks like. You get easy to follow instructions in small packaged lessons that continually grow more and more difficult.
Each class is jam-packed with content, so you always have something to come back to when you finished the main part of the class.
I did a ballerina with somebody I haven't done it before without hands, and I was so comfortable I didn't even think about using the hands.
That was something where I really felt the progression.

About Me
Hi, I’m Stefan Chaïm, and I’m passionate about all things related to dance, acrobatics, and healing through movement.
In 2014, while studying contemporary dance pedagogy in Toulouse, I discovered Acroyoga at a jam in the park.
Drawing from the techniques of this dance background, and more than 10 years of Acroyoga practice, I guide students from beginner to advanced levels, with a focus on deep bodily understanding, fun, and intricate technique.
On my Acroyoga journey I spent years learning single skills like the ballerina, and it wouldn’t stop feeling hard. And then somebody told me to do this little thing and suddenly it worked. Easily. Now I want to pass on these little tricks, so you don’t have to spend years figuring it out yourself.
And in all that I do, at the heart of all my practice, are a few central questions: What does our body want to tell us? How do we communicate with others? How can we heal through movement? What are we capable of (alone and together)?
